I’m Ruqayyah — a neuromuscular therapist, trauma-informed coach, and the founder of Massage by Ruqayyah. With over 14 years of experience helping women heal chronic pain, I specialize in relieving head, neck, and shoulder tension that doesn’t respond to traditional treatment.
But I don’t just treat pain — I help you understand it.
I believe your body isn’t broken or failing you. It’s communicating with you — sometimes through tension, sometimes through migraines or TMJ dysfunction. And when you learn how to listen, you can finally start healing at the root.

Intuitive Healing Retreat (IHR): A private 4-day, 3-night luxury retreat with daily bodywork, chef-prepared meals, somatic coaching, and deep release work
